Is it for a car then, if it will allow you to get your job back? And do you not want to be advised to spend less money on a car?
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

I guess it may depend on what the loan you say you desperately need is for... you only have to read some of the threads on here to see it goes from a car to cosmetic surgery and everything in between.

Obviously we don't know what it is that would allow you to get your job back that would require a loan, but consider whether you would lend your own money to a person in similar circumstances and for the same reason?

How about you fill in this: [http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html] to see exactly how much money you really have left to pay for said loan (assuming you could get one, and at what rate).

Its for self-provement to get my job back as told by employers I have areas that need fixing before they'll consider re-employing me...

only job i was ever any good at was a model, things have gone south after having kids so cant get job back until I emprove things! Its real good money and will get us off benefits completely and might even mean my partner not having to work if i get my job back. I badly need my job back to ensure kids have a decent life!

And your wanting a loan based on what they have said ? What if they turn round and dont end up employing you and you now have a debt of £5k to £7.5k that needs paying.

My partner and I desperately need a loan of about £5,000 - £7,500

Sadly though, my partner is out of work at the moment, so am very doubtful that we would be able to get a loan :,( But thought I would ask anyway...

we get JSA, Housing Benefit, Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit,

would we be able to get the loan whilst on them?

    Thanks for your time!

    Just have to quote this,
