Ladco leasing solutions

I have stupidly entered leasing contract with Ladco for a credit card machine sold to me through CPS and Elavon. I deeply regret this. But I cannot get out of the agreement for 18months. I was misrepresented. I do not recommend these companies to anyone!

However I recently noticed the transactions I had put through the card machine were not being paid to me so I called up only to be informed that Ladco had taken a lump sum for missed repayments. These go back to August 2011 - I was completely unaware of this as I had never signed a direct debit agreement for these payments. This was a large chunk of my monthly income

Can a company collect funds like that without notice which also date back to August 2011?? They had not written to me or phoned in relation to these repayments. As I said earlier I was misrepresented so I was not even aware I had to pay these repayments. Please help!:(

I too have been cheated by them. Actually I got my machine through CCS Credit card services, I was told it is a year contract, I am selling up and tried to cancel after 15 months. CCS said yes, no problem, but you have to contact Ladco to check. They told me it is a 4 year contract and I have to pay the 4 year lease to get out. Even if I sell up and move away I still have to pay the 4 years.
Really have been cheated and can't get help anywhere.
