Also jkpaul, I think I posted that link in one of my responses on the thread you were using, but if not, this 2nd thread has the comments and links to the Elexon directive that suppliers have to follow. It won't resolve your billing but it might explain why they have to fit a backstop meter which some posters have been against.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
