Terms and conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Deeside Water, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part and to be awarded the prize.

6. To enter simply click here and register your details. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following prize: 1 x 2-night stay for 2 adults at the 5-star Marcliffe Hotel and Spa including breakfast and dinner at the Conservatory Restaurant, excluding drinks; 1 x NTS family membership providing free entry to over 100 properties for 2 adults and up to 4 children for a period of 1 year and 2 entrance tickets to Balmoral Estate.

7. The prize also includes £200 spending money. This will be in the form of a cheque sent directly to the winner.

8. The prize does not include any travel insurance, meals other than those stated or any other expenses and must be taken in full by 02.01.13.

9. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependent and are subject to all prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions. Not available on public holidays, and Xmas and New Year period. Further date exclusions may apply.

10. No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part. Unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter, the prize will be awarded directly to the winner. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

11. One winner will be drawn on 02.07.12 at random under independent supervision from all entries received, and will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternative winner drawn at the same time as the original.

13. Prizewinners will not be required to participate in publicity.

14. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry does not constitute proof of delivery.
