take that concert dates and tickets?

I think it is unfair that fan club members (or those loyal ones of us who used to be in the fan club) don't get first refusal. We should be rewarded for our loyalty!
I was the same and ended up buying from ebay. If all else fails it's worth waiting as I know someone who got tickets for £2.75 on the day before one of the last concerts! The prices really do come down once the initial panic has worn off.

They may even release extra dates like they did before.

Unfortunately I don't live near anywhere where I can queue up :-(

I think extra dates are more than likely but sometimes they creep out and unless you are in the rght place at the right time you could miss those too.

For the last tour we managed to get tickets for the NEC the day they went on sale via the net (3 of us were trying and only 1 got through the full booking procedure) and then subsequently managed to get good tiered seats for Wembley Arena a week before the concert via Ticketmaster.

So I am tempted to wait but it really is a chance you take I suppose. What was available at the last minute last time may not be available this time.

It was Cardif that was available last minute on the last tour but this was on ebay and a real fleuky chance.

Do we phone the individual number for each arena or are all numbers for all tickets?

Is the 02 arena new name for Wembly arena?? If not,is it close to it? Im thinking if Im lucky enough to get tickets for London I'll travel down for the weekend..so does anyone know of a cheap hotel nearby?

I think we should all join forces on this one...all try to get through to ticketline on Friday at 9am...and if any of us gets through...buy the maximum number of tickets allowed per person even if for example you only want 2...get 6,if you can, then I and many others on here will buy the spare tickets straight away. It might be a good way to stop us getting ripped off on ebay :rolleyes:

Concert capacity of 23,000 which is nearly double that of Wembley Arena.
I don't think people will have too many problems getting tickets for the O2, as it's effectively 100,000+ that are available.

The price of the tickets, your now looking at paying an average of
£45 for the ticket
£5 booking fee
And now
£2 transaction fee, whats all that about?
Oh, and dont forget the day off work to redial all day.:eek:

Yeah it's expensive and they know us fans will pay whatever it takes too.

Any clarification on the phone numbers? Are the hotlines for all venues or do we ring the arenas direct? Or try both?

I can't believe the build up and amount of us who are preparing ourselves for ths event of Friday. It's almost as exciing as turning up to the venue on the date!!
