I read in the metro that Pru health are giving away free first aid kit with each quote. Handy as I was looking for health insurance!

They ask you a series of question, and you can quote MET063. The number is: 0800 434 6506

this one did arrive, separately from the quote pack, (about 3 weeks after). make sure u tell the saleperson on the phone that u prefer to call them after receiving the quote, rather than them calling u (we don't to be called all the times, do we?)

the first aid kit is a small green bag with some basic first aid stuffs in it. ideal to put in a car.

content includes:

surgeon gloves
bandages, medium + large size
triangle bandage
eye pads
plasters
little scissors
safety pins
a few sachets of antiseptic gel
