I am about to sell my car and get a company car. My car is worth roughly £13.5k and will go towards a house deposit in the next 6 - 12 months.
Would I need to provide anything to the mortgage provider once we start to go through the application process to prove where the money has come from as it would probably come into my current account in cash/bank transfer form and would sit in a savings account until required.
