HELP R1 Big Wend Preston - Do U know how to get tickets 4 me and my kids

Hi Everyone

Radio 1 have just announced their big weekend is in Preston on 19th May, does anybody know how to apply for tickets................

Please please i want to take my two kiddies to a real concert and this is an ideal opportunity at no cost as live nearby.,

Looks like you've quite a wait till the end of April.

'Tickets for Radio 1's Big Weekend are free.

But there's only 7,500 pairs available each day. Last year 250,000 people applied for them.

We want to make sure the majority of the tickets go to people who live in Preston and the surrounding areas.

To be fair we'll be asking everyone to register for the chance to go. Then people will be picked by random based on their postcode.

Towards the end of April we'll be giving you full details of how you can register and how we will be distributing the tickets.

Sign up then you'll get the info as soon as they send it out.
