When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free.
Examples could be hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important :money:
Morning campers  ah its Saturday and its set to be a lovely day :T yesterday was like a summer's day here
I have been up for an hour oh woke me up to tell me to move over and have been awake since them while he is in the land of nod  oh well at least I have had some time to myself!
oh woke me up to tell me to move over and have been awake since them while he is in the land of nod  oh well at least I have had some time to myself!
Things to do today:
Not a NSD today as we're going out this evening for my best friends birthday. Should be lots of fun as there is a big group of us going out dancing :T Think I'll have to have a nap this afternoon! Have a great day everyone x

            Happy saturday, everyone.
 Enjoy your dancing, DNMS!
Glad to see you back with a vengeance, Brizzle!
I am **profoundly** hung over after our local mexican hole in the wall introduced a tequilla night. Worse, we know the owner and he stopped charging after several rounds. Good night, but paying for it!
There seems to be some law that whenever I am doing the barely functional stumbling about after a night like that, that I will run into whoever is our most essential donor for the moment. Luckily didn't throw up on her baby or anything
Unfortunately I have to work today (probably tomorrow as well) as there is absolutely loads on and I need to go into the field for most of next week. Anyway, listies:
 - bike everywhere I need to go
 - non MSE morning (much needed strong coffee at cafe and greasy croissant)
 - work in the office during the day and finish things up
 - dinner at home, presumably will be in working order by then!
 - maybe make a start on job application for internal position, eeeekkk
 - Update budget and check banking
 - gymbo
