Using Comet Vouchers...elsewhere?

I have been given through my work, Vouchers for Comet. I intend to buy a tv for the parents.
Is comet linked to anyother company like Currys etc. In other words am i restricted to using Comet vouchers only in comet?

Silly question i know, so my apologies.

I'm not sure if Comet is part of a larger group but it's certainly not part of DSG - Dixons/Currys/PC World etc

Comet used to be part of the Kingfisher Group (woolworths) but demergered in 2003, I think with this you'll only be able to use your vouchers at comet if it states they are comet vouchers rather than kingfisher vouchers.

Strangly though is that comets website says they have no problem accepting kingfisher vouchers

Don't worry too much, you should be able to get Comet to beat any other price you find...
