    Hi Basharun,
    I had a DMP which I finished last year, file closed no monies owing. Now one of my creditors has sent CapQuest to try and recover some money from me - which I doubt I actually owe. Paypaln and myself asked all the creditors for a final balance and this particular one did not confirm anything. Anyhow, I had finished my plan in August 2012 & only this week I have had letters and phone calls from CapQuest. How likely are they actually able to take me to court and get away with demanding more money that I have not been chased for in 6 months from the creditor or from CapQuest. Seems a bit fishy to me.
