Our interview was 2 days after the hearing.
We are almost 4 months int it now and only had a letter mentioning IPO this morning for which we need to submit our current figures.
I note you have no mobile or internet costs on your statement .
I`m sure that when your new figures are due that you can reshuffle them to reduce your surplus. When mine are accepted, I`ll post to give you an idea.

Four months until IPA? Wow, didn't think it would be that long. In all that time, whatever money you have you keep am I right? Or do you have to set it aside and declare it as cash in hand later? I though the figure the OR sees on the first bankruptcy forms was the cash in hand value? I didn't think you would have to re-submit? Or do you mean re-submit I&E?0 -

Maybe our case is out of the ordinary or maybe it`s cos we is bumpkins (!).
The forms we had this morning are to submit I & E to calculate any surplus or show change in circumstance I think. When we did our petition the figures were the maximum we thought we could use and they were accepted, In fact the interviewer told us we could increase one or two of the figures. This left us with about £100.
As far as I know, the payments on an IPA/O do not start until the figure is set but it is from that date.1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

Ah, so it is I&E not cash in hand huh?tight_jock wrote:Maybe our case is out of the ordinary or maybe it`s cos we is bumpkins (!).

My concern really is that I will budget for the month based on what I have on 20th of the month then the IPA is set say on 1st and this will go out straight away mucking up my calculations for that month. Say they were to set the IPA on the 1st can I get them to take it out after the following payday?0 -

I would imagine it`s like any other direct debit in that you can set the date for paying out relevant to your payday. I would speak to your OR when the time gets a bit nearer so that you can negotiate the date of payment.1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42
