can u have more than one private pension?

I am allowed now to join a private pension at work. But, i have also seen another one I like the looks of.

I still want the company one. Are you allowed to have two running at once

Of course - you can contribute to two if you wish. However, if you have a private one outside of your work scheme you'll need to claim the tax relief yourself for that one.

No not normally, unless you're a higher rate taxpayer.

Basic rate tax is usually reclaimed as a matter of routine by the private pension.
