Differing credit reports

Good Morning
If anyone has some help or advice on a few issues please reply!
During my youth I was'nt very good at managing money, paying rent etc etc. Over the last 4-5 years I have slowly built up a better credit rating and have succesfully applied for and granted credit cards (which I have paid off in full). About a year ago I did an Experian credit report that came back as excellant, now the bad bits:
Today I did a Noodle credit report which brought up a score of 1/5 and had stuff listed that no other credit rating check had listed. I also did a Equifax score which said I had a good rating and the past problems not on there.
To give a bit more info the Noodle report listed a Natwest Overdraft that I have'nt paid off since 2004 and a CCJ from November 2006.
What should I be doing about this if anything? I have'nt had any problems getting credit over the last few years but am worried that these debts will hold me back in the future. Our mortgage is in my partners name, will this stop me getting a joint mortgage on our next house? Am I right that the CCJ should dissapear from the report in November (after 6 years)? I was supprised that the atwest was still on there as it has been 8 years.
Thank you for spending the time reading my post.

The overdraft - what does it show on noddle? does it show with a default? if so what date?
Does it show an outstanding balance? if so and no default what date is the settled date?
The CCJ - yes it will drop off after November 2006 - perhaps noddle have more old addresses listed than experian and the CCJ was at an old address that experian haven't linked (at least so far).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Well the overdraft record will fall off your file 6years after the default date, so this May.
Did you stop paying/using the account around 2004 and haven't paid anything into that account at all since? If so then in theory that default is probably too late. But given that it will be gone in a couple of months I'd probably do nothing.
If you do find anyone contacts you about this debt anytime soon (which can happen after you get your credit file) then assuming the CCJ isn't for this debt it sounds like it would probably be statute barred - so dont agree to pay them and come on here for advice.
Once the CCJ drops off your file in November it cannot come back on your file. If its not been paid they could still chase you for it, butafter November they'd have to go back to court to be able to enforce the debt (such as appoint bailiffs, apply for an attachment of earnings), and after 6years its unlikey the court would agree to this.
But even if this did happen it wouldn't appear on your files again.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks again Tixy. I havent heard anything, or done anything about the debt, from Natwest for years (looks like approaching 6 years). I havent even changed my phone number and havent had any calls.
As for the CCJ it is for rent arrears during my dark times, I havent had any contact from anyone either so roll on November I guess.
I have been straight up with my partner on the matter so she is aware we may have a problem in the future if we decide to move house. Another 5 years done the line we will see if the damage has been repaired or not. Im currently not working due to being a stay at home dad so would struggle to make any payements towards the debts
Thanks0
