CSA and the Baliffs

I am in bother with the CSA and don't know where to turn. Currently I am paying my maintenance + arrears to the CSA from my Bank Account. Last year I got a letter saying that the CSA was taking me to court to reclaim my arrears. I rang the CSA and they reassured me over the phone and by letter that I was not going to court as I was paying my arrears.
Foolishly I assumed that the CSA would cancel the court case. I am now being threatened with the Baliffs for recovery all of my arrears. I am also disputing the arrears as I paid my ex directly before the CSA took over.
Post divorce I do not own a sausage, I do not have a credit rating and I live with my partner who owns everything, she has the receipts to prove if necessary.
My partner and her daughter are terrified of losing their belongings. If I am paying my arrears why are they doing this to me?
What should I do next? How do I protect my partner?

This the case with my step dad at the moment, the 'lifs are on their way, everything in the house is in my mums name or on credit therefore there isnt much they can take as he doesnt own the items.
Your partner and daughter cannot loose their stuff if you can proove it belongs to them, its also hard to disprove it belongs to them.
They also cannot take items you need such as fridge, freezer, washer, if the TV's are in your name they will allow you one!
also once you have let them in they can return again until the dept is paid0 -
I do not know much about this, but I did see a programme on telly "your law". As previous poster says bailiffs do not have automatic right of entry although they may lie. The advice on the TV was NEVER let them in to your (or rather your partner's) house.
Suggest you go to CAB and/or most solicitors will give a free consultation. A good solicitor will save you money, do it today."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

the csa should only be pursuing arrears through the baliffs if you dont have an agreement with them to make payments, as you said you are they shouldnt come knocking. ring the CSA ask to speak to debt enforcement and discuss it with them, they should call the hounds off for you0

As far as I am aware they cannot force entry nor can they take things that do not belong to you, nor can they take things that you need to use to live. Your partner has an autoatic right torefuse entry as there are children in the house. Get back onto the csa, also contact bailiffs to tell them you are paying the debt with the csa and they need to contact them as you are paying arears and have an agreement with them.0
