But I'd hazard a guess that someone who works in PR in the private mortgage arena has some further knowledge of the property industry.
You do pick up on some weird things FTB.
You obviously haven't met anyone in PR then.0 -
You obviously haven't met anyone in PR then.
I'm wondering how you would define a property expert then?
It's like saying a financial advisor isn't an expert in finance.
A PR in a private mortgage companies job is to know about property and mortgages.
You have baffled me on this one.0 -

I wouldn't, because that phrase is meaningless. It's like saying a financial advisor isn't an expert into finance.
I wouldn't ask an IFA macroeconomic questions, but would for personal and financial investment advice.
I might ask someone in PR how to present information to the public, but not about the information itself. Do you follow now?0 -

Great - none of that makes her the ultimate source of knowledge on house price movements IMO.0

Agreed. No-one said she was the ultimate source of knowledge. Whats your point? Or are you just being emotional again? I'll take her opinion over yours though.1. The house price crash will begin.

If you did, you'd know Sian has gone.
