E: 01/05 Win the new iPad (FB.effort)

Received this in an email this morning.

Their link take you to their Facebook page which then says you have to tell them which feature of the new iPad you like best in a tweet no longer than 140 characters.

However, the Enter link takes you to a Sweepstakes page. Once you've filled that in it takes you to the page where you have to enter your tweet.

I've just entered and although it tells you to 'tweet' there doesn't seem to be any connection to Twitter at all *confused* so I think it's just a FB comp.

Confirmation email says the winner will be picked after 4th May 2012.

10. By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to take part in any publicity if they are invited to do so and without further compensation.
11. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. The Promoter gives no warranty or guarantee in relation to the quality of the Prize and cannot accept responsibility for or liability arising from Entrants taking part in the Competition.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Yeah I think you're right, it is just a Facebook competition... its just that they want a comment that is the length of a tweet; suppose they can't be bothered with long-winded essays on the relative pros and cons of the new iPad

You have to tell them the best feature, so might need to see the vid for that. It's quite possibly the most boring 5 mins I've ever spent. I said about the better quality photos - which was virtually the only thing that I understood Feel free to state the same thing - but perhaps in your own words so they don't smell a copied and pasted rat :cool:

Thanks for this There is a cool feature basically the screens pixels is better than a HDTV, watch the apple press release on their site!!

I don't think that it means that you have to actually "tweet" the message on Twitter. I think it just means that you have to do it in the same amount of characters as a tweet, if that makes sense?
