It will still appear in the local paper if it's in the public interest to do so. Most tend not to appear nowFeb 2024:
CC1 6537.66
CC2 7804.45
CC3 4221.17
CC4 2053.68
CC5 989.30
Loan 1 3686.44
Loan 2 5275.22
Total £30,567.920 -
Public interest generally means if the bankrupt has a small business and there may be customers or creditors who could be unaware of the bankruptcy.
If you work for a company owned by others or are unemployed there is unlikely to be any local publicity.0 -
Are you sure they are not dividend notices? If there are funds to distribute from the BR ie; " I intend to pay a dividend of 12p in the pound......" they still appear.
