i have heard that if you are struggling with organising your own calorie controlled meals that you can have them delivered to your dorr. from what i understand they deliver 3 meals and 2 snacks all ready on a daily basis with all thats left to do is heat them up. but i cant find any companies in the uk offering this service. america, loads but not here!! has anyone seen this website???

I dont know of any sites sorry, but what about purchasing weight watchers ready meals or something like Asdas 'Good For You' range etc were the calorie content is clearly stated on the packaging? I'm sure most supermarkets do a similar range and most do home deliveries too

I think something like that would be really expensive. Ready meals are overpriced and generally pretty awful too. They ALL have the calories listed on the packaging wether weight watchers or not, but it's much easier, more pleasant and not to mention cheaper to make your own, just get a decent cookbook which either gives you the calorie count of each dish or just a general low-fat cookbook. (Fat girl slim was on offer for £3.99 at amazon.co.uk last time I looked.)

Since i started shopping online for my food, I've buy very little on fattening items/treats (occasional treats for kids & OH). Normally i see tempting things in store i buy them. Plus I'm saving so much on my shopping bill each week & weight coming off :j
