Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering into the competition you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoters reserve the right, at their discretion, to exclude entrants and/or the winner if he/she does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and above excluding employees of the Promoters, their associated companies, families, agencies or any other persons to whom they are professionally connected. Proof of age may be required.

The winner will be selected at random by the Promoters from all correctly completed and submitted entries on or around Wednesday 25 April 2012 and the Promoters will notify the winner by telephone or email on or around Monday 14 May 2012. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or cannot make use of the prize for any reason, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner and the winner will forfeit the prize.
The Promoters shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the winner and his/her guest over and above the prize offered above (including, without limitation, food, drink and travel insurance).
It is the responsibility of those traveling to ensure that they have the correct documentation for travel including, but not limited to, valid passports, visas and adequate travel insurance.

Details of the winner's name and location will be available between Monday 14 May 2012 and Monday 28 May 2012 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to adidas Customer Care, EWA Limited, St. Mary's Green, Tattersall Way, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 3TU.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any part of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that circumstances beyond their control mean that the prize cannot be provided. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability. The Promoters will confirm flight and accommodation details to the winner. The Promoters shall not be liable in the event that a flight is delayed and/or cancelled for any reason.
The winner agrees and the winner procures that his/her guest agrees, not to sell, offer to sell or use any part of the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize (in whole or in part) on an internet auction site).
By entering, you agree that if you are chosen as the prize winner you will allow, and will procure that your guest allows, the Promoters to use your names, photographs, videos, voice recordings and general locations for publicity, news and promotional purposes in any and all media during this and any future promotions or advertising.
The Promoters reserve the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.
The Promoters will use the information which you provide or which they obtain from their dealings with you, to administer the competition. They may also use it to tell you about their products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of their products and customer relationships. If you are happy for the Promoters to use your information for such purpose, then please indicate this by ticking the relevant box(es) on the entry form.

If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
