To date 1 pair went solid, 2 pairs sprung leaks.
The company (Gel Doctor) have replaced 2 pairs but have not responded to my recent problem.
Disappointing to say the least.
This are simply not worth the money.
I bought Scholl gel insoles for my work shoes and they lasted me years.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Any product that claims to make window cleaning quick & easy.
This is my most hated chore and I have a cupboard full of gadgets and cloths and cleaners and wipes and so on, that all claim to take the hard work out of cleaning those windows.
Complete nonsense.
Sadly the only two solutions are
1. Elbow grease and get going
2. Or buy transparent blinds that you can pull down and ignore (my favoured option).
I'm still gullible to try new window cleaning products though. Sad.0 -
Posner chocolate fountain. Fab reviews, appaling performance. Got a dribble, lots of very irritating whirring noise while it was on, loads of washing up afterwards. Would have been much better off with a bowl of melted chocolate.
In case you wonder what posessed me to buy a product that clearly doesn't serve a useful purpose - it was a present.0 -

That 'instant veneer' varnish stuff from Pearl Drops that you paint on your teeth... supposedly to make them instantly white.
Great! I thought... and handed over £9 for my tiny bottle.
S**t! I thought... when I opened it and it looked like glittery nail varnish.
S**t! x 2 when I ran my tongue over my front teeth and they felt as grainy as if I had just painted them with glitter nail varnish.
S**t! x 3 when I looked in the mirror. Yep... still yellow. But now glittering yellow.
And then the wretched stuff wouldn't even come off despite brushing so long and so hard my gums were almost raw.
Eurgh!!!
You want to try Crest Whitestrips, you can buy them online or if you know anyone off to the US see if they can bring you them back, my teeth have honestly never been so white!!
100% agree about Groupon offers, I've been caught out when everyone and their dog has bought the offer resulting in a sub standard service offering.0 -

I have been with Ecotricity ever since and my bill went down by £120 this year , their customer service is fab .
eon still keep trying to get us back , their latest trick is try and speak to my husband by saying he has entered an online competition .0 -
We bought a lot of stuff from Wilkinsons as daughter was gooing to uni. To be fair most of the stuff such as pots and pans etc was ok but avoid the bedding. It looks great. We even bought some for our selves (quilt covers and pillow cases) Very stylish (for Wilkinsons) and very reasonable but it falls to bits after one or two washes. Complete waste of money. We did not keep the receipts and had to re buy. so saved no money. I am not slagging off Wilkinsons just their bedding which is poor0

Many thanks Jarvissa, I had thought of buying some of the teeth whitening product currently being touted across the interweb thingy + you gave me the laugh I needed to cheer me up this evening many ta's :rotfl::beer:0 -
I used to see the ad on my Facebook, yahoo and google about th secret that makes the cosmetic surgeons and botoc doctors furious. I clicked on it and it said it was on a special trial and you only have to pay 6 pounds delivery.
I said I will give it a go. Paid the 6 pounds and within 2 weeks I received both MYSTIQUE products. I tried it and what a dissappointment!!!
It was like you put the egg white on your face. I can just use the fresh eggs in stead of this. I was glad it was just a sample and forgot abot it getting on with my life and movining houses.
Once in a new house and finally having an internet connection again I checked my bank balance. And I found that 324 pounds were taken from my account for Mystique. I was furious. I did not even get the creams and was charged this much. If I could afford to pay for a facial cream this much I would just go to the New Bond street and get myself spoilt in Chanel store or alike!
I wrote them quoting all my legal rights and they said if I return the sent product unopened they will refund. The 2 products costed 150 plus 12 pounds postage. And they have taken the payment for the next lot of creams that they would send in a month time! Luckily, the people who were in ourprevious house were kind enough to give the package to me, I sent it to Mystique. And it took nearly 2 months to get my money back!!!
All in all, if you see any adverts about this be aware and stay clear!
So much nerves for a product that basically is an egg white!
couldn't agree more! I took one look at the miraculous photo and thought "the secret" is photoshop0
