Is anyone still waiting on their order. My partner placed an order for 15 books on the 22nd and it still hasn't arrived.

I phoned them when my order didn't arrive last time, they were helpful on the phone and resent it, then 2 arrived! I think the problem was with the couriers - Yodel, they had marked it as delivered on a day I was home all day.

If I remember correctly yodel have tried to deliver parcels to me twice before and both times stated my address didn't exists. Took weeks to get the parcel after emailing them and asking if a specific driver could bring it as he knows who I am from bringing loads of parcels for another delivery company.
