I just had a look at K&Co terms and conditions:

3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

And yes skibster, you are correct in saying that if you use a code you weren't meant to, they can charge you later on.
Feb wins: Angry Birds mug, £250 Perfume Shop bundle :D

When I use my Santander Debit card, I always have to go through a security check and put in specific details of my password...so hopefully they cant take any more than the card issuer authorises?

That certainly sounds like if they have a pricing error and actually send you the item at that price, it's yours. Most likely they will just cancel these or ask if people want to pay full price, but I would think if any get sent out at a quid, then that's all you pay.

It does say on the bottom of my order comfirmation:

"If you have paid for your order with a credit or debit card then we will process your payment in two stages. First we will charge your card with the full price of the order then we will refund your card with the value of the discount".

As others have said, that sounds like it refers to a discount from a coupon code, not a sale price.

When this happened with some cushions (last year?) on another shop direct site they just cancelled the orders gradually, some people got phone calls, some got emails, It only showed as cancelled on my account, they said something along the lines of 'as the price has changed (to much higher) you need to phone to reconfirm if you still want the item, or we will treat the order as cancelled.

As far as I am aware, the bit about charging the full amount then refunding the discount is to do with the discount codes they offer, they charge the whole lot then if you are eligible for the code they refund the discount back, don't think it applies here...

And theres no way they could get the full amount out of my bank account anyway:rotfl:

I believe there were four that were priced at £1. Someone informed them on FB around 10.45am today that there had been a "mistake" and yet they STILL havent fixed it.

Im not sure how quickly internet sites can be changed, but surely it should be quicker than this!!

I hope its not a mistake, as my sister has moved into a flat in London and could really do with these!!
