The jobcentre were asking people their age and length of unemployment and asking how they thought the jobcentre could help them into work. They were asking a type of survey. My thoughts are how odd. The jobcentre dont get your jobs they arent the employers. I dont see how they can help. Its not down to them?

You have an adviser when you are out of work 26 weeks who you see every 2 weeks who at present can do nothing for you so maybe they are looking for answers as to how you think they could help. Well what about having a policy that if a company advertises a job on JCD and they meet the criteria they have to interview you if you are on JCA. Or what about the JC have a team of people like the WP who are meant to actively look for work/jobs like an employment agency. The jobcentre were asking people their age and length of unemployment and asking how they thought the jobcentre could help them into work. Yes, it sounds to me that they are asking for suggestions of things that you would find helpful, and recognising that different solutions may be needed for longer term unemployed.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0
