    AFAIK there is nearly always two meal deals running at Tesco, one is the "finest" / dine in for £10 style one which the OP is referring to, the other is the "family meal" one. I don't think I've ever not seen one of these offers running, if not both, for about the past 2 years!! They do change what's included though.

    I had 3 Finest meal deals this year already. The family one when I looked in the section last time was a choice of a large lasagne/pasta bake. The sides were either garlic bread or salad. The pudding was a large trifle, tiramisu or some fruit flan - £7.
