Yes you can still include them. Anything that you owed at the point of being made bankrupt will be included. When you speak to your OR they will ask you if there are any more debts and you can tell them then.0

Thanks
but i allredy had my interviwe 2 daye ago and i didn't know about these??????????????just noticed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks0 -
sorry i didn't realise you'd already had your interview. I would call the OR back and tell them that you missed 2 bills. I'm sure they'll just add them on as they were debts at the time of your bankruptcy.0

Normally they would cancel the existing account and set you up a new account, minus the arrears. Best to phone the OR first though and see what they suggestFeb 2024:

CC3 4221.17
CC4 2053.68

Hello Sam222,
Just to echo what the others have said - all debts that you have accrued before the date of the bankruptcy would be automatically included within the bankruptcy including those that you have forgotten.
The utility suppliers are not allowed to demand the payment of your arrears as a condition to continue with your ongoing supply. As Wildheart83 has stated they should wipe the slate clean so to speak.
Best wishes,

MANY THANKS FOR GUIDING ME,
CAN I ASK IS IT REALLY NECESSERY TO INFORM OR THIS 2 FORGOTEN ITEMS,frankly i've down my interviw and dont wane go through it again.
#about my gas supplyer what exactly shall i tell them, woudn't they, stop supplying me gas
many thanks0 -
As already said, the 2 accounts you've forgotten about will be included whether you've mentioned them or not, but for your own peace of mind it's much better to inform the OR.
You need to inform your gas supplier that you are now bankrupt, and your arrears are included in your bankruptcy.
You'll need to ask them to close the account they currently have for you and open a new account. Or to zero the account from your bankruptcy date and start fresh with a zero balance from the date you went bankrupt.Feb 2024:

Hello,and thanks
i know im bankrupt, and done my interview, but if i don't call or,, or don't mention it to him ,then how those 2 forgoten accounts going to be included to my bankruptcy ??seems funny question but crossing my mind???????!!!!!!!!!
##Also i owe council abour £190 ,that's for water rate, (however this is ongoing a argument between us at meantime),can i include this on mr BR.0 -
Your bankruptcy is snapshot of your financial position at the exact moment the judge declares you bankrupt.
Thus all debts - and assets if there are any - are included simply because they existed at that time.
It matters not if the debts appear on official forms, but it's neater if they do because the creditors can be informed in a timely manner, which saves them from throwing good money after bad by chasing you any further.0
