Hi
I had a default registered on my credit file from a loan with Lombard bank from going through a dmp which im still paying now.The date of the original default was April 2001 and was removed after six years being April 2007.
I've just checked my experian credit file and the default has reappeared with a new default dated may 2008.
It was originally with allied International credit but the new default is with Arrow Global, can they do this?
Thanks

No, they cannot.
See this thread for similar, but not as bad, false default reporting by Arrow.

You need to dispute the default with Experian and Arrow, telling them that they are not allowed to register another default when one has already been placed and has expired.
