Hi
Just feel very stressed BR was Feb and had OR interview was honest and answered all questions and full responses on SOA. Now had letter from another Or same office asking more questions which had already answered. I have responded and sent all paperwork required.
Today another OR sent e-mail repeating questions which have already been answered in writing by myself. I have fully co-operated but finding it stressful that seem to be passed from OR to OR. Have others experienced this.

it does happen sometimes for various reasons, staff leaving, sickness etc, thats not really a problem (maybe just a bit of a hassle) the one you have to watch out for is if the case gets passed to a more experienced examiner for further investigation (perhaps for a BRO, any reason why you might be expecting one of those?)Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
Ok thanks I would not know if it was a more experienced examiner. Lots of reasons for BR. I also was open about on line gambling- no credit was used for this. Bank statements show all transactions full audit trail. I probably will receive a BRO I accept this. Just cant give any more information as have done all I can and have fully been open about everything on SOA and OR interview.0

no need to worry about anything then, probably just them having an internal communication break downHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Can you ask if the Examiner is more senior or ask why its been transferred to the other staff member?
I was wondering if I too would get a BRO (well BRU as Id accept it rather than it go to court and I hear it can be for a shorter period of time if you BRU instead of BRO) - how long after your initial interview were you contacted by the new Examiner?
Dont get too stressed about it if you can, there is nothing else you can do other than what you have done already and answered the questions asked of you.
Hugs
