Help - do not have all financial records for OR meeting

Hello, I have my OR interview next week and have received a list of documents that I need to bring. I have everything on list except I do not have all my accounting records for the last three years. My wife handled these and we have since split up, some of the records where in our business office, when the bank took over the building they sent in the receivers and the building has been cleared for auction. I do have some records with the accountant but they are not up to date as I could not afford the accountancy fees to get records up to date. Is this a big problem? Am very worried.

Its not a problem so much that you dont have them but the OR will want you to show where they have gone, so i would contact all parties that either have them of had them and either ask for them back or for them to be sent to the OR, even if they respond saying they have been destroyed etc, you have then shown the OR what happened to themHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
