Also on the bankruptcy form where it says other household income i put husbands icome but he has outgoings i am the one going bankrupt on the form it shows have left over monies so to speak can anyone help

It asks for contributions made by anyone else in the household, not the total income from your husband!
So if your rent/houskeeping/food comes to £300 per month, then you would put that your husband contributes £300 - if he does of course. If he only contributes £150, then put £1500
