Is this mortgage a good deal?

I have already weighed up the fixed 2 -3 -5 deals trackers etc and believe a 5 year fixed is the way to go in my circumstances and I’m planning to see a mortgage advisor at the weekend. Looking around at the mortgages available at the moment I’ve found a 5 year fixed at 3.39% no valuation fee no solicitors fees etc (I already have a current account with them).
The details are as follows
Remortgaging
Borrowing £65k over 25 years with a LVR 50%. Monthly repayment £322 with the option to over pay 10% per year.

I’d just like to hear other views or thoughts on this deal.

I am on this deal with the Britannia, the best deal I found prior to Christmas and my previous deal was with the Britannia which made things super easy as was a product switch, but I had to pay the £999 fee as don't have a current account with them.

Its difficult to say without doing a search really, if you have looked around and are going to a broker as well (presumably whole of market) atleast then you can compare what you have found with whats available.
