advice please

I have 2 chronic long term illnesses. Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis.
I was on Incapacity Benefit for a couple of years but under the governments shake up of the country i was taken off it and deemed fit for work.
I then ended up caring for my elderly parents who have both passed away in last year, my mother only 3 months ago.
Then i needed to get a job we are skint..so i have always done care work and i landed myself a job as a home care worker.
I am struggling to say the least. I am taking pain killers like sweets just to get through a shift.
Today i am phoning my boss to give up my job of only 7 weeks as its making me ill.
I cant claim ESA ive done that self assessment questionnaire thing, my husband is working full time, but like everyone else times are hard.
I dont know who to turn to for advice or what to do next.
I know that i will have to lie about my health to get a job just like i had to lie to get the one i am doing now.
I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place
