Adult education and creche facilities

Im a single mum in my 30`s who is thinking of doing a part time/full time college course. I have a 10 month old, so will have to rely on childcare during my classes, do most colleges have a subsided rate for their students if the college has a creche and does it apply to both pt and ft courses. I am on working tax credit and registered as self employed. Is there any options regarding this situation?l

Or, are there legit Health and social courses online that have recognised qualifications? Im dubious about spending money on an online course if I dont get the equivielent of an NVQ 2 or 3? This would be an option for me, but would prefer college to be on the safe side
I live in the Hampshire area if anyone has any recommendations also.
