Redundancy/Dismissal Insurance

I am in the probationary period of a new job, and I have been told by my employer there is a small possibility that my role will not be continued. Can I get any kind of insurance/redundancy cover in this situation or would I be a total "no-go" for insurers? I'm aware that prior knowledge of possible redundancy usually invalidates a policy but as I'm in a probationary period the normal rules don't apply anyway. Are there any specialist policies that cover this situation?
