Pet food and medication

Where do people buy their supplies from?
I have been using https://www.vetuk.co.uk for quite some time. They are quite often the cheapest I can find but not always.
If interested in bulk food buying, they are doing an offer of 5 bags for the price of 4 this month and March. Not sure if that's for all food or just Royal canin breed bags of food.
By the way, if you have a German Shepherd needing hypoallergenic food, it might be worth byuing the RCW G Shepherd food. We were buying Science plan hypoallergenic until we found out by chance that the RCW suited ours and for a lot less money.
Anyway, would be very interested in where you all buy your stuff from.

    https://www.burns-pet-nutrition.co.uk/
i buy it for struvite cyrstals (stones ) in my dogs bladder, i find them cheap but i expect it depends what food you want, as they only sell their own !!
  • i buy hills science for my cats and have noticed that both vetuk and petmeds are cheap and i think both do quidco.

i currently get mine from petsathome stores when on offer and try and add money-off coupons to the bill.

any other tips from mse-ers gratefully received!;)
  • For medication your vet is obliged to write you a prescription at no extra charge. It may be cheaper to obtain the medication from a pharmacy, and of course you can always play them off against each other... Of course there is always the risk that the pharmacist may go '!!!!!! is this? How on earth do I get hold of it?', although we should be able to obtain anything.
  • I buy my drugs from an online pharmacy. It's much cheaper than everywhere else and in addition I find them to be very trustworthy.
