Laptop Warranty

Hello, i bought my laptop 1 year and a half ago the manufactures warranty has run out but i have 5 years dixons warranty is their a way i could claim a battery because it only lasts 10mins :eek: now and its just over 1year old because its a bit annoying when wanting to take my laptop out and i only have 10mins on the battery.

  • I have no experience of Dixons warranty but would imagine that this sort of thing will not be covered.
    Ask yourself what you have paid extra for the warranty and how much a new battery would cost you?

    normally batteries arent included in the dixons warranty (least it wasnt when i worked for the link years ago)
    tbh look on ebay for a battery will prob work out cheaper than buying it in a high street store
