:jI applied for early retirement with my company for 2013. It was processed and approved. I have since changed my mind and cancelled my application. Would they be able to claim they I have technically resigned? No final date of employment was given etc.

Hi and welcome.Companies vary in their policies on this matter so the best thing to do would be go to your head office,or Manager or whoever looks after HR or wages, and ask,but put it formally in writing ,but do it asap.0
