Groupon offer query

Sorry, don't really knwo where to post this query - I have a Groupon voucher I will not be able to use before it expires. Previously, Groupon have re-credited the voucher's value to my account when this has happened, but now they are saying that they have changed their policies, and I am no longer eligible for a credit. Is this right, can they do this?
