new soa???

Hi

I went BR in Oct 2012, had a COC when I moved in Nov and informed the OR. Everything has been ticking along nicely with an IPA of £50 p/m. However since christmas I have noticed with everything going up ie petrol food etc that I was struggling. Is it worth resubmitting a new SOA I did a recalculation of my outgoings please see below:- any comments much apprectiated. Thanks
