Remortage with bad credit

Hi,

i have been looking on the site and seem more confused than i was before, i have bad credit and have a mortage with arrears which i have been paying without fail, but i would now like to remortage release some cash to consoladate some debts while also saving some moeny as my 2 major bills that eat up my money is the mortage + arrears and my secure loan but i have been looking at martin site and it state to keep away from the brokers who advertise for bad credit so i do not know who is the best people i can talk to to find out my best options

any help would be grateful.

    Sorry but I think you'll struggle.
    If you have arrears on your mortgage it shows that you haven't been able to maintain what you already owe , lending you more would not make sense to a lender./
