Does anyone know why it's working on some things but not on others(like the hemp line?)

Edit, ignore what I just said...I removed everything and then put it back in my basket and now it's taking 40% off everything

Ive just tried to order too ...entered code but not taking 40% off. Ideas anyone please??
Edit....Ive managed my order with discount off but only worked on some things. Can you use your LYB card or not with this. Any help much appreciated thanks

Strangely enough once you have entered the code, it takes 40% off certain items already, for example it was showing me the cherry body butter at £3 even before I added it to the basket, regular sale price is £5 at the moment.
What I did was using another browser to check the prices and see whether I was getting my discount
