Have had so many problems with my next account over the past 12 months, empty packages received, worn non-next clothing sent in place of items, returns not credited I am glad I have no slot so I can cancel my account once I have paid this months bill! The customer service has always dealt with it fairly but it is too much hassle and I feel like a fraud calling every time even though I have done nothing wrong!

I have just phone Next - one of the criteria to get a VIP sale slot is that you reecive the next directory. I cancelled mine so no slot for me!!

I get a directory, regularly use my account - and pay it off - and still no slot.......

Annoying that Next aren't letting us see the preview, if we haven't got a slot, we can't buy it anyway, would just like to know if its worth going to the store???
