I asked my mortgage advisor & he said as long as I'm telling the truth about everything I'll be fine. Im going in with 15% deposit but need reassurance...
The deposit is half gifted and saved but it will probably look 100% gifted as it was saved in partners account. Does this effect my chances as they might think I wasn't able to save?
I have clear credit rating with several accounts all paid on tine and settled when paid off
I have overdraft of 1400 and credit card £330. Advisor said that these are not a big deal and not to worry. Is he right?
Mortgage co want back statements but every month I leave on what I need for direct debits then take out the rest as I work better to work with cash. Will these effect it as they can't really see how I spend my money?
In panicking now that im getting close to getting a house. Any advice would be grateful
