Urgently Need To Replace Broken Bread Maker!!

My Morphy Richards is dead!!

I need a new bread maker TODAY!!

Need sandwiches for lunches tomorrow and I just can't bear the thought of buying a shop loaf - it's been 9 months since the last one!!

I've read a lot on here about the panasonic 252 or 253 models, but can anyone tell me if the kneeding blade goes flat? On my current model it goes into reverse once all the kneeding is done, so you get a smaller hole in the bottom of the loaf. Does the panny do the same??

Please reply urgenly...I'm going out to buy a new bread maker as soon as someone can answer me!!! I NEED BREAD!!!!!!!

Before someone kindly reminds me that I can bake a loaf by hand...No I can't!! That's why I bought a bread maker...My handmade loaves are NEVER as nice!! I love technology, I embrace technology, I NEED technology!!!

I have the SD206 and the blade stays upright in the bread.

How old is your morphy richards one? They have a two year guarantee on all their breadmakers.

I know you want it today but if I was you I'd wait until tomorrow and contact morphy richards. Their helpline telephone number is 08450 777700. If you have the model and serial number they are very good at sending replacements (products and parts) free of charge.

Thanks for this. I've already gone and bought a new one (just couldn't wait!!) but I will phone them tomorrow. It's only about 6 months old. I bought it direct from thier website, but don't have a receipt for it. If they'll get it fixed, at least I'll have one on standby incase this one breaks down!!
