Not sure if the new Tom Tom firmware allows 8 digit postcodes but for me TomTom's are by far the best GPS's around!
You can download camers onto them throug pocketgps website easily enough following their tutorial (costs about 2 quid)
They have 3 models, 300, 500 and 700 I think.. maybe even a 900. Either way the 500 allows for bluetooth and traffic updates though that costs a certain amount each month as well![FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I think they have four, called ONE, 510, 710 & 910. They all allow a full postcode search which, to my mind is 7 digits. I assume you are thinking of the space as the eighth (although, like most computer systems, TomTom doesn't bother with the space)?0

TomTom does have a space in as you type it in
Though you don't have to input it yourself.
Biggles your right with the models. I'm still back in last year where they all had diff names
For what the op wants the 510 should do the job then perfcetly![FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

In my experience they are all C**P - better to get an idea where you are going on Google Maps (and you can bring up Sat Pictures so that you can see the area) and spend the money you save on paper and ink (which is recyclable too!) :-)
If you don't speed you don't need Camera Locations (and you save meney and carbon)
If you listen to the radio (and most have TA) you can find out where the trouble spots are.

I have tried many of them, Mio, Destinator, Navman etc and imho TomTom is still the best by far. I use the PDA version which does full postcode search and also allows GPS postion input.
The newer stand alone versions also allow these input methods.
TT is also simple to use with the safety camera database which is more than i can say for some of the others.0 -
