MacKenzie Hall & Face2Face

Hi guys,
Last October I received a letter from Mackenzie hall saying I owed money from a previous phone contract. I stupidly got into contact with them & asked for proof as I had paid off this debt a few years ago. Never received anything back, checked my credit reports & the debt is marked as satisfied.
Today I have received a letter from them with a spreadsheet attached apparantly showing the money I owe to the phone company. Also received a letter saying face2face collections will be coming in the next 10 days.
I really don't know what to do - it's for £85 & I would have to borrow the money from my parents to pay just to get them off my back.
Any help would be great x
