I was also lucky enough to be selected for the philips cooking party and received my homecooker yesterday, however this is the only part I got and I just wondered if others are still waiting or if I should email them as at this rate I won't have much time to use my waitrose voucher to get the food in time!

I didnt get accepted for this party but they have put a note on their facebook page which may answer your query

*Update* Important info for Philips Home Living party hosts

Party packs are being sent out this week; we expect them to arrive by Thurs/Fri at the latest. If you won't be at home at any point you can leave a note for the driver to leave the parcel somewhere safe or with a neighbour, otherwise they will leave a note with further instructions

Please note, there are TWO packs coming to you. One contains your HomeCooker. The other contains your remaining party pack items, including your poster, party planner, Chopping Tower and other items.

Apologies for the confusion. We can't wait to see you all cooking up a storm this weekend!

I have been selected to host a Morphy Richards Mad Hatter's Tea Party on the weekend of 25/26 May! :j

First one I have done so I am looking forward to it! I have done my invites & booked the back room of my friends pub!

Has anyone else heard if they have been picked too?

I am going to be hosting one too, it will be my first one and I'm a bit nervous! Especially now I know that you have hired a room in a pub - hope my house (or garden if the weather is good) will be big enough!!

I also was picked to host Morphy Richards party:j Just wanted to as to those who hosted before how many photos I need to take? what kind of survey at the end I and my friends need to fill in? What to do in case if one or two people didn't turn up???(with couple my friend unfortunately I never can be sure that they will come:eek::o:mad:

I usually take a couple but I know I won't win the comps. best photo, etc. so I don't bother as long as they can see the invited people and the posters in the background.

The survey usually takes 5 mins- how you enjoyed the party, what other parties you'd like to see in future, etc. Not sure about the people one. I usually get in the photos aswell to add an extra person.
