Hi everyone,
i'm not sure if this is a rubbish idea so feel free to tell me if it is. Anyway I was thinking of doing a min easter egg hunt for my boyfriend but then end it with hin getting a present or a token of love or something, if you get what I mean. basically I want to do an adult easter egg hunt-why should kids have all the fun hehe. Does anyone have any ideas about how to adapt this for an adult and also know anywhere that does little choc eggs for cheap?
I'm not sure if this is jusy a crazy idea from me but I just wanted.to do something a bit different for easter.
thanks for any help.

Try pound shops for little choc eggs!!
I love this I did one for my bf last year but like a scavenger hunt with clues to find the next egg etc it turned out to be a really good. Day and my bf loved it!!0 -
Thanks very much for your help kayandy. Very nice of you. Glad to hear someone else has done one too. I love the scavenger idea, that's kind of what I was thinking of going for. just got to think of the clues now.
Thanks again and sorry for any typos...i'm using my phone and keep hitting the . and missing letters off.0 -
I think it sounds like a great idea... might steal it myself and get him something nice and different for the surprise at the end!
You could also try shops like Aldi..they do nice foreign brands of chocolate."More people would learn from their mistakes if they weren't so busy denying them." - Harold J. Smith:cool:0 -
What about a pack of these? £1 for 8
then write each clue on a piece of paper, and add one or 2 of those tiny foil wrapped eggs (to keep him going till he finds the next clue)
and his prize would be #9 or however many you use

I'm thinking of making an easter hamper/ basket for the big present for my boyfriend. I'm going to put in a Thornton's easter egg, some mini and creme eggs and maybe a DVD or something. Has anyone on here made an Easter hamper for their partner? If so what did you put in it?
Many thanks0 -
Hi, Ive had exactly the same idea for my boyfriend. Easter eggs can be so expensive and sometimes quite boring for adults.
Ive bought my boyfriend an egg for the end of the trail, and ive found a website which has helped me along with making clues (romantic ones) and where to hide them. I bought a bag of little foil wrapped eggs to put with each clue. He is a big kid at heart so i know he will love this! Im actually quite excited and want to write the clues now.
Hope everyone has a lovely easter, wherever your trail leads you x0 -
Thanks for your reply KerazyV. I was just wondering if you could PM me the website you said helped you write clues etc? No worries if not, just I could do with some help with this. I'm not overly creative.
Thanks again. I'm glad there are other people doing this. I'm excited :j0 -
I was thinking of doing something similar for my oh's birthday, a scavenger hunt with a smartphone, I was thinking of texting him a clue and when he texts back the right answer, he gets another clue, also asking him to find specific things and sending a photo to prove he has found it. No idea of clues yet, but I know he loves his phone and I think he will find it amusing :0)
Good luck with yours scarlet, please let us know how you get on x0
