Help... My mortgage deal is due to finish and I am having problems trying to find a new deal. It appears that I am too old! I have 6 years left on my present mortgage which I was hoping to transfer to a different lender.
Has anybody got any suggestions please.

Ask your current lender for a "customer retention" product so you don't have to move elsewhere? This assumes you're "rate chasing" as you haven't told us why you need to remortgage...I am a mortgage broker.
