Blackhorse problems.

:(Hi all,

This is my first ever post so I'm sorry its a bad one!
I recently fell into some hard times (cliche!), and had to have my car from blackhorse repossessed, Blackhorse were of no help whatsoever i completley understand that the situation was my fault, but they are rude and ignorant, I offered to pay them a different payment method to which they consistantly declined, the repossessor himself said he didnt want to take it. So off I went into the state of panic that you get into, I found £1500 to pay them, I paid them this morning (19th march 09:01) to which they were still rude, I then asked if I could go and collect my car because stupid me for thinking I could have it back after paying the debt, BUT NO, I have been told I have to wait 24hrs to get it back, I'm in dire need of my car today, Can anybody suggest some help?
Many thanks.

I would look into the t's n c's..I don't think they would do this if it was against the rules.

It's only 24 hrs, be patient. How about a bus or taxi?

But I rang the place where its being stored (BCA) and the repossessor himself and they both said they dont know what blackhorse are playing at. I need to get to work tonight and getting a bus into the wrong end of Birmingham at night isnt my cup of tea :( and also I have a job interview in the morning. :(:(
